Schneider Pay Certainty Program

Any Schneider drivers here? I've read many complaints about drivers losing out on mileage pay because of sitting around waiting for loads. But doesn't Schneider offer a pay certainty program that guarantees its company drivers a minimum paycheck as long as the driver is available to work 23 days in each 28 day period? It's not the greatest pay, but it should prevent any $200-$300 weekly paychecks.

Check out the following link:

I would like to hear from any Schneider drivers about this. I'm toying with the idea of looking into driving for Schneider here in Ontario, Canada. Any input is appreciated!

LOL...If you make 200-300 a week, youd be better off working for McDonalds or Walmart

yes schneider does have the certainty pay program..how much per week that is guaranteed is dependant upon how much experience you have....obviously the more experience you have, the more per week u are guaranteed, keep in mind that it is a minumum per week guaranteed, I.E if you have 10 years experience you are guaranteed at least 1000 per week. thats just an example, im an owner operator so i dont know the specifics
