Going with Crete!!!!
 

Hello all I just graduated from Sage on Monday and I am now waiting to go do my drug test and dot physical on Mon 30th. I was just wondering what I can expect during my training period with Crete? And also what you guys think about doing your training during the winter? Any info would be great. :D Thanks Gibb

what to expect is usually pretty straight forward and the same for every company. Expect some kind of orientation with road test. Then go out with a trainer for several weeks. Then come back from training take another road test then get your truck assigned. Usually then you go home for a day or two then go out for your first load assignment. Best of luck.

Get ahold of Bill in Recruiting and he'll cover any questions you have. He shoots straight. Then tell him to take you out for a steak dinner. And tell him he's the world's biggest slacker. Tell him that Twilight Flyer says to get off the damn golf course and get to work. :D
