Excellent observation, which makes it infinitely adjustable to almost any angle and any height. Simply go down to your nearest hardware store and be a little creative. It's simplicity in action.

Yup - anyone with any mechanical ability at all could build one with off the shelf items at any Lowe's, Home Depot, or the local hardware store that sells pipes & fittings.
