Default Dot physical

I have heard you must take astresstest as part of the physical. But i looked things up and it seems thats only if you have had previous cardiac issues. Which is actually correct?

I just had both, but they were not connected in anyway. The stress test was for my DR and my peace of mind. The DOT phs. is more less height, weight, bend over touch the floor, blood pressure , urine test for sugar, eyesight and hearing. Easy peasy! A bit of advice cut out the caffeine the day before (minimum) no sugary snacks the night before or breakfasts the morning of. Drink LOTS of water and try to relax you need to have your BP under 140, used to be that was nothing for my but as I've gotten older it takes a bit. 140 isn't all that hard my biggest problem is ME, I worry to much.
