Real Time resolutions, Stevens Transport.
SubscribeI dont know why it is fishey. Yes I called on ond off for a year but I called dailey for two weeks. No driver manager no calls returned. I have paied a good bit of the debt, and so have others. The deal is I have spoken to a few folks who dident even know they couold work it off if they left. Also I am in constant contact with real time. The woman I am working with has expressed extream displeasure with stevens over this. This is the thing, with the volume of people that move threw there I dont think they care about who comes back and who does not. And a class action law sute would fail. That is not what we are doing. It is a class action complaint to the FTC, BBB, And atturney Genrals office in Texas. To be frank, My recruter made it sound like we would be able to work it off. Now I got my phone bills saved up so that could be pointed to. Now I could see it being fishey if money wezre promised, or I were saying that I was fired for no reason and then went on and on about how bad they were. I am not doing that. I will say that they have some folks doing jobs that they shouldent be doing and people fall between the cracks. I understand how it can happen considering how maney students they move threw Dallas, but a busey scheduel doesnt excuse me when I mess up or anyone else for that matter. Especaley when $5,000 is involved. That is all I got to say about that. If anyone would like to have the info I have then shoot me an email. Take it easey and have a good and safe weekend all.

I do not understand why you let this go so long. Even with a family emergency, and having to leave school a week or so before completion, I'd expect this was your responsibility to keep in contact with Stevens, and keep them updated. I can see a week or two leave of absence, but not beyond that.
I stopped waiting and got my butt working ! BUT ! It realey looks bad on my credit. I havent tried the cretified letter and that is a good idea. I will send it Monday and keep yopu posted.Originally Posted by Roadhog
I have a feeling pursuing this with a class action suit, is going to be a big waste of time. Have you written Stevens a certified letter, return receipt requested, and given them all your contact info? Somehow, it sounds like you just need to get someone to address this case, and get you back to the school, to complete your training.I do not understand why you let this go so long.
