Default Finally got an interview!!!

Yup, it happened, I finally got an interview with a recycling company in California!!
i had an interview at 1:00pm on wednesday with the manager at this place, since she needed a load of cardboard to be picked up , she did the interview, the road test and the pick up all in one shot, she actually had me pick up the freight, hopefully I'll land this gig, we'll see. the only thing is that is a class B job, but with my wife being pregnant and me needing experience, I don't care,I'll take it:smokin:
Alright fellas WISH ME LUCK. Please

Sounds good, keep it up and use whatever you gain for something better.

My chance will come again eventually.

luck luck luck! If she had you do all of that stuff sounds to me like she is going to hire you as long as the road test went ok. Why bother with all of that stuff just to not hire you?

In this economy any job is a good job. Just keep in mind that any experience you gain in a class B truck will have virtually no bearing on getting a class A job. If you keep the class B job too long you will more than likely have to re-train/refresher course for a class A job.

I'll keep that in mind for sure, I just need a job because my unemployment is only good for a couple of months and then I'm screwed, thanks for the info though, hopefully I can find something in Class A in the near future , right now, it's dead.

I think they where hiring out of San Jose, I saw it on indeed.com, they needed experienced drivers, I have no experience so.. You should check out indeed.com I'm pretty sure they're still hiring,I know one of their terminals is in Union City,Ca.
