Maybe I said that wrong. Yes I still get pissed off at times. It's when the company doesn't put forth the same amount of effort that I am is when it's time to go.

Something else I just don't understand. Why is it drivers say you lost so much $$$$$ by quitting a job and starting another? Maybe that is true if you go to a company that has a full week of orientation but that would be rediculous! If you need a week of orientation then I don't think you would want to work for a company that has that much crap to deal with. I never attended an orientation that was longer than 2 days.

And as far as the myth about taking a hit in the pocketbook for jumping ship. Out of the last 7 years I have never made less than $52,500. It doesn't sound to me that I am only being considered for low paying jobs. :roll:

If you know what you are doing you can hit the ground running with any company out there. The driving part is basically the same no matter where you go. All you have to do is understand the paperwork side of the business. Hell even the last job I quit I was in orientation for 2 days and still made over a $1,000 bucks for the week. This is not rocket science. :wink:

So again, don't let others scare you into thinking it's a bad thing to take up for yourself and not be :dung: on. Also never burn a bridge. Yes, I could go back to any company I left because I left on good terms.
