soy chicken anyone
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast ( thawed)
kosher salt just a little soy sauce olive oil Sesame oil (optional) water cut breast down the middle fork some holes in it and throw a thin layer of salt on the chicken. in a small container with a lid put a little soy, and olive oil in equal portions. fill about 1/2 way with water and a little sesame oil if you wish. wipe salt off chicken and put in the marinade, if needed put more water in the container, you wanna cover the chicken. shake well and let sit for about 20 min. get a skillet nice and hot. sear the chicken on one side flip and pour marinade in skillet. let the chicken finish cooking in the marinade. serve any sides you wish, I did broccoli and cauliflower and a whole wheat english muffin. |
