No Bake Cookies - these are great
You can cut this recipe in half because it is lot to eat for one person. This is easy on the road and really good. You don't even taste the peanut butter. Good protein and fiber!!!
INGREDIENTS 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups quick-cooking oats DIRECTIONS 1. Mix the sugar and the cocoa in a pan. Add the milk and the margarine. 2. Cook on medium heat until it starts to boil, then remove from heat. 3. Add the vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Stir thotoughly. 4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool. |
