Quick breakfast sandwich
 

Discovered that microwaving a thick (3/8" to 1/2") slice of beef summer sausage on an english muffin makes a darned good substitute for a link sausage biscuit. As a plus, both keep well in a cooler or fridge, and are relatively inexpensive.
