NATIONAL CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION PUSH NOW UNDERWAY!!
UNINSPECTED Mexican trucks now given access to our ENTIRE nation---that's the last straw!!
A serious effort is now underway to call for a National Constitutional Convention as authorized under Article V of the Constitution. The ultimate aim of this Convention, as envisioned, will be the dismantlement of the federal government in its present configuration, and then reassemblement at the regional level. In essence, 10(# flexible) independent republics will be created on American soil(state borders intact), each having the Constitution and Bill of Rights as the basis of their new governments. Liken this to the breakup of AT&T into the baby bells some years back. This action has become necessary to diffuse the power of the largely self-serving globalist oligarchy which has hijacked our federal government, bringing this nation to the verge of economic and social ruin, while GREATLY compromising our national security. It's time for AUTONOMOUS REGIONAL GOVERNMENT!! See link below for more info:

While you won't find any disagreement from me that the federal government is screwed up, jumping on the tin-foil hat brigade bandwagon isn't going to win you a lot of praise. Good luck with your first post....you'll be needing it, I think.

Well they laughed and mocked Pat Buchanan in the early 90s when he first proposed building a border fence with Mexico, Twilight Flyer. People aren't laughing anymore though.
At first glance what I am proposing may be viewed as far out, but when you study it, it is based on common sense, and most importantly, I believe it is DOABLE/VIABLE.

I agree, but it won't happen. The wealthy globalists are too powerful. Why do you think certain presidents are dead, and Perot backed out of his presidential campaign. They have been planning things tirelessly for a very long time. Things are going the way they want them to.
The only thing that may stop them is if all, and I mean all Americans stand up against them. There are too many who are apathetic and just want to watch their latest show on the sheeple tube.
Twilight, don't knock the tin foil hatters. You just may be surprised at how many there actually are, and have some very good evidence to back up some of their theories.
If Ron Paul makes it, I'll vote for him. He is already getting hit hard. I'm afraid something is going to happen to him like it did to Perot, he will be so manipulated that he will not be able to do much, or he will end up like Kennedy for some of the same reasons Kennedy died.

I don't knock the theories or the reasoning behind it at all. I question the reality of it. I agree that there needs to be changes. But proposing to split the United States up into small Republics is, if you'll forgive me, ludicrous.

What makes my plan VIABLE, Truckfam, is that I pit the greedy state politicians against the greedy ones at the federal level. My amendment proposals include sending social security tax payments to state trust funds and returning all federal lands to the states. Military assets will also return to state/regional control. States will salivate when they realize what they have the potential to achieve. The strategy quite simple is to divide and then conquer/reform. I'm not naive as to what has to be overcome.

didn't the united states split once before???? i am pretty sure it did. for the same reasons as now...more or less. the southern states felt that the us government was taking away there rights (to own slaves for those that have not figured out). i think we had a "civil war" over it. hmmm, i wander if it will work this time around??

Doubt it highly. Not enough people would care enough to join the revolt!

Hmm, isn't that what the Republic of Virginia and the Republic of Ohio did???
