Looking for thoughts on outsourcing
 

Hello everyone! I work for a small office in Pennsylvania that offers many administrative services to the local trucking community and owner/operators. We began with truck registrations as a PennDOT authorized T/A agent and over the years have added many services including assistance with 2290s, quarterly filings, DOT & MC authorities. I know may of these services can easily be done over the internet, but many of our clients still don’t have the time or desire to do it themselves. My questions to you are: as an owner/operator or owner of a small fleet what services do you wish you could outsource? What services would you be willing to pay someone to take off your hands so you could concentrate on the tasks that make you money? Thank you for taking the time to read my post and your thoughts.
