Cross country/coast to coast load experts. Some questions...

Been meaning to ask these questions for a minute for those who know......

1. Have you ever had or heard of a cross country dedicated flatbed load?

2. If you have a dedicated cross country load going one way. How do you make it back home if you don't have a dedicated load going back?

3. Kinda related to question 2...in NJ in GW bridge crossing into NYC I saw somoene under their own authority/independent trucker from California going into NYC. How would they make it back home assuming the load was going straight from Cali to NYC? A frieght broker planning for them in advance?

Thanks.
