U.S. Route 50 Eastbound near Sycamore Street in Clarksburg is closed due to a dumpster truck accident that happened just after 2 p.m. Monday. The lift of the dumpster flew up and hit a railroad bridge, causing the truck to overturn, officials said. The dumpster was empty at the time but some diesel fuel spilled onto the road, officials said. Officials said drivers are being detoured off the Sycamore Street exit and taken through downtown Clarksburg. Clarksburg Police are investigating the incident. Oh the driver gets in plenty of trouble if it was something that was truly preventable and/or someone is hurt or killed.

I think your PTO engaged while you drive down the road is preventable. I don't see that bed raising high enough to catch the overpass any other way.
