just wondering if any you people personaly know or can get in touch with hog and let us know how he is handling his medical treatment ,he told me a week or so ago he might be a bit crook to get in here for a while ,dont think he would mind any of you keeping us updated and im sure you all miss his presence.Just a caring kiwi, thanks

Right now, I'm imagining myself at "Spring Break"... sipping Mojito's... and getting slapped allot... so I'm keeping my humor.

In about a month I'll be allot sicker, and the doctors braced me for this round being allot tougher on me.
I'm lurking more than usual, so I'm still hanging out.
This is going to be a long battle for me... and I won't feel like responding much, but I'll still be around.

I thought I saw him once, in the woods up north. I actually talked to him a few times before I pizzed him off. Had his email addy before my puter crashed and I lost my AOL mailbox and address list. Now... he's just another "bigfoot" legend.

He told me some things about his "problem" that would make you shake in your bedroll at night. Apparently, the cure is no better. But, this guy is from MICHIGAN, dang it! They don't COME any tougher than someone living in the 'taint between liberal Mishygun and the YOOPR state!

Hoggie was BORN a 'survivor.' He won't give up. Heck, he's been trying to get his hound to eat from his hand for 10 years or more! He single-handedly brought the Sasquatch wimmin out of their caves! [because he was desperate!] He won't even EAT anything he doesn't KILL by his own hands!

Hoggie will come thru this just like he has come thru so many other things in his life that he didn't want to tell us about. He lives in a friggin cabin in the northern "hinterlands" for gawd sakes! He doesn't know the meaning of the word "skeert!"

There's no God in heaven who cares what happens to him... only US! And only HIM! [IMHO... I probably shouldn't have said that.]

And I find comfort in that. It is the collective "human spirit" that heals. And I am confident that the entire CAD family "spirit" is there to sustain him.

He'll be back soon... stronger than ever... and just as irrascable as ever.... and it will be OUR fault!

I can live with that.

Hog, I won't pretend that I understand the issues you're facing. And, I don't think I underestimate them. I think of you often and each time, another prayer escapes. I wish you the best and hope we keep hearing from you.
