You're lucky someone was willing to help you down by carrying you.

I might have assisted you to the elevator door.

Could be me I was banned from hieghts something about they are afarid I will do a Header off the roof if I have a Seizure or something. Considering I put my arm thru a Plate Glass Window one time they may have a point with that. Tell you this Malaki having a 4 inch shard of glass removed from your arm HURTS like the dickens when Litacaine makes it hurt worse.

WOW!!! I never was bothered by heights till about age 40, now 10' bothers me. I guess ya really do get smarter as ya get older.

The heights thing happened to me when I was 20, though. I had been fine actually working up there, but when we were dismantiling it and got down to 1 board wide and I was 1/2 way across the long edge of the scaffold, it just hit me. The job foreman was a beast of a man - it was nothing for him to pick up my 130lbs and toss me into a man-lift.

A real man would have extracted the splinter himself, with his teeth.

I tried - couldn't bend that far. Asked my wife and got THE look. That's when I knew I had to go to a doctor.

No problem with that until I got to the part of putting the desk together. This is an old house with wood floors that need refinishing. Let's just say that after spending $115 at an urgent care clinic today getting a 1" splinter pulled out of my ass pretty much ruined my day.

haha that teach you for sitting down on the job
