Why Would You Buy That??

Aside from the obvious; how well a tuck is running, miles, etc., what is something that can help boost a resale of a rig? In the aspect of a potential customer, is it a truck that is chromed out? Stacks? Wheels? Fender? What are the aspects you personally think would boost your opinion on purchasing one rig verses the other?

Owner history.
Plus... if it's an O/O truck with one, maybe two drivers on the miles, with good maintenance records.

An APU or other anti idle would help, and definitely maintenance records, if the body and interior is rough or neglected what about routine maintenance

Repete beat me to the punch. An APU would be a big selling point. The other night, I looked through the Truck Paper and saw only a couple trucks with them on there, and not all of them mentioned it in their blurbs.
Other minor details could include power mirrors/windows/door locks, sliding fifth wheel, suspension dump valve (Seriously... half our trucks don't have 'em), dual exhausts, dual fuel tanks (if it's an OTR truck. This could vary, depending on usage), sleeper size, external air cleaners, aluminum wheels, and sleeper windows.
Granted, it all boils down to what the next buyer wants. They may not like all the options I like, or may not like something that drove the cost (and resale value) of the truck up to begin with.
