Been trying to get out of here for too long, if anyone is going through San antonio going west, give me a lift! Can't miss me wearing blue jeans, black shirt, green like over shirt, and a black and blue jacket. I NEED to get to bay area (cali), ASAP! Meeting up with a friend there but he might get there before me.

I don't have time for any of the rants and raves that usually insue in my posts, so lets keep it on topic.

You know what, I think I am done on this site.

This site really educated me for the months up to, including, and after my obtaining my CDL. My entire driving career I have been a positive participator of this community.

Certain events in my life have driven me to a personal adventure and learning experience that most of you seem to take as some sort of a freeloader vagabond bum view to.

Quite frankly I don't care what any of you think, all I asked was that if anyone came through here going the direction I needed to go in please give me a ride.

It is a pointless endeavor to try to enlighten those of you who don't understand or don't want to understand, so I will just leave this board.

Maybe one day I will come back, maybe one day I wont. Everyone wants to make this out to something it is not. Get a greyhound, even if I had the money for a bus ticket I still wouldn't do that, it is against the point of what I am trying to do! I am not lazy, it takes a lot of work to do what I am doing.

Life is not about working for as much money as you can. How did our founding fathers live? Did they go to work all day so they could pay the bank note for their house, horse, groceries? No, They worked hard to work the land and built it all themselves, grew their food, etc.

Maybe what I am doing is not that extreme, but it is based on the same concept, I am choosing a lifestyle for now, where I work to live, not work to make money to buy things that make living easier.

I have nothing further to say on the subject.
