There's an intersting juxtaposition between this thread and two others; the "running New England" thread and the Vancouver Olympics "lack of snow" thread. I'm watching Samantha Brown in Vancouver, right now.

Ms. Brown is classic, understated, New England (Portsmouth, NH) warmth, smarts and beauty.

Also in September she had a Baby that could also be why she missed a few episodes. She gave birth to a Baby boy Sept 25th.
