I still say they're nuts for paying so much for that weed. There are places in NE where it grows wild. Back during the war, the U S Govt was growing it for research, and the birds spread it out. You'd be amazed how many tons of it is growing in the fence lines, and in any field that is left in "soil-bank" for a year or so. Anyone that spends the money for the imported stuff is nuts. Too easy to come up with things that do the same thing, and don't cost you an arm and left nut. Of course, it will still cost you if you get caught.
