You ever check out any of those Australian road train dvds? Any good ones out there?

I didn't know that there were any dvd's out there about the Australian trains. I did see a special on Discover or the History channel about them. They are pretty awesome. It would be great to drive one. If I remember correctly, they have something like 118 tires on them. Or was it 118 axles? You won't do a pretrip in 15 minutes on one of those. :D

I've seen shows on TV about them. Talk about a large car.
If they had them here, there wouldn't be many cow haulers. :p

And, if I'm right, you must also be a certified mechanic to drive one. There are no service stations along the way. One guy told me that the first trailer is loaded with all your tools to make repairs along the way. Also heard the pay is good.

One of our drivers is from Australia and said most are mechanics, but some hire them to take along!
