Glad I dont work for TMC

A guy I used to work with has been driving for TMC. last week, he was delivering to a customer, he followed their directions to get in, when he turned on the side road, the culvert collapsed and his trailer dropped in, it took a wrecker to get him out and the rear bumper had to be welded back on, TMC told him that they are self insured and since it was his fault, they were taking 500 dollars out of his pay, they said he shouldn't have been on road that wouldn't support the truck even though there were no signs and the customer instructed him to go that way, he quit TMC the next day, I don't know if they will hold his pay or what

Most of the caliber driver that drive for TMC are so awestruck by the thought of driving a chromed out polished chicken lit large car, I doubt they read anything before they sign it.

Can't blame TMC though, I am sure there is a long line of suckers willing to prostitute themselves for a chance to drive a Rooster Cruiser.
