Good repair shop

Last wed, I loaded in Sgts Bluff Iowa and headed for Indiana, I stopped for lunch at Squaw Village truckstop in Mo on I 29 exit 79, I noticed an air line on the trailer leaking, I took it over to their shop and the guy found the end fitting cracked, he asked did I want him to cut it and clamp a new fiting on or replace the hose. I said replace the whole hose which they did, total time, 30 minutes.. total price. parts and labor.......... $31.75 that's 31 dollars and 75 cents!! they got my business

Wow. They either are hard up for business (unlikely), or you found a real jewel.

Hold onto that location Fredog....if a driver with my co. forgets to disconnect his airline when dropping a trailer...its 37.50 off their safety bonus for each hose.

A couple of years ago, the repair shop in Jellico, TN charged me $75 on a service call to replace a brake line to the left front steer (DOT shut me down until it was repaired.) Didn't take them look to get there, took all of 15 minutes to fix it, and $75. service cal, parts, labor and all. My fine was more than that.
