Cooking with the Rev, part 325: Would you like fries with that?

Here we go, another eagerly anticipated installment of "Cooking with the Rev™". Today, we are giving the big middle finger to McDonalds, and making our own damn breakfast sammiches!

We'll start out by cooking our steak, because.....well......uncooked steak, while terribly yummy, just doesn't cut it in a breakfast sammich.

So while the steak cooks, let's get started on the eggs, shall we?

Now we have steak cooking.......eggs cooking.......what's next?

VEGGIES! Something those bastards at McDonalds won't put on your breakfast sammich! The commies!

Let's check our eggs........almost done. Time to toast the bagels.

I'm using bagels because......well, I have them. I could have used English Muffins, but I didn't want English muffins, so you can kiss my ass.

Once the bagel is toasted, it's time to assemble! First off, butter your bagel. It's worth it - trust me. Add half your meat to the bottom half:

Next comes the tomaters!

Then the cheese! I use white American cheese because.....well, I have it. And I like it. So screw you.

Then comes the egg!

Then comes the onions!

Then comes the other bagel half!

Repeat as many times as you need to until full:

Enjoy!

*on a scale of 1-10, I give this a 3 for difficulty. Total prep time: about 10 minutes.

Here's some other fun stuff I've made recently:

More Chinese Dumplings!

Strawberry Shortcake!

I eat 3500-4500 calories a day ,so my meals when on the road have to be quickly made and able to make about enough for the days meals every 2-3 hrs , that's basicly pasta/boiled eggs/flank steaks ...Yeah it does get tasteless eating like that ...home I cook real meals ... But If I cooked enough like this for 6-8 meals a day OTR I woud'nt have time to actually set up the weights and lift just cook/eat .

*in reality, it's full of stuff that I need to take out of the truck, but haven't been home to do so. I bought the cooler for my trip to Orlando.
