Truckin`

Damn I have met some strange people. Receiving docks, terminals, and truck-stops, the characters parade in an endless succession thats makes mardis gras look like christmas. Everyone is on a mission, everyone is trying to get from where they were to where they need to be. A 10 minute break at a truck-stop can net you hours of mental television. I am an observer though, always thinking, rethinking, then wondering if I have thought about it too much. When you are around fellow travelers sometimes you just hide in your own head and your mental voice become deafening, sometimes forcing you to look around to determine if anyone can hear it, but you know its not possible. We wonder if we are crazy, strange, thoughtful, delusional, or just bored.

That is why I avoid Dweller Stops..... by avoiding the Dweller Stops one gets to avoid the BBR's racing around and the daily tearing off the front end follies by the Swifties......

Before I came here I was beginning to think I was about to step over the line into full-blown insanity.

After reading the thoughts of the many here the past 2 years I finally came to the conclusion...it ain't me.

Deep. Very deep.

Welcome to my world. But, it beats the Jerry Seinfeld Show. At least it IS about something. Life imitating art.

I just love to people watch. That is truly some reality viewing. It is deer season in Northern Wisconsin and last night I was passed by a suv where the deer had fallen off of the little carrier on the back and was being drug by the neck. That person was going to be in for a surprise because all that was left was the neck and the two front legs, Everything else was gone.

You know it's said that a crazy person has no clue they're insane .

Me and the voices agree completely with your observation. Crazy people dont realize anything is out of the ordinary.
