Victims of their own greed. Let 'em go right down the drain!

Building junk cars for the past 20 years...........and they want 25 Billion to sustain them for a couple of months? My ass!

Goodbye junk car builders!

As I have stated here before. What would have already happened if Toyota, Honda, Nissan........... had applied their quality control and engineering superiority to the big truck market like they have the auto market????

The sooner that we suffer the affects of this already certain death. (Big 3) The sooner that we move on. Good riddance junk builders/dealers!!!

i now own a domestic vehicle. only because imports are well liked by car thieves in the state i live in. i also only own it because i can fit inside of it. it also gets the fuel mileage as my toyota supra once did before i drove it into the ground.

I own 3domestics and all i will ever buy will be domestics. I have a 2004 f-350 with a powerstroke 51,000miles only been back 1 time for a egr thing. Other then that the truck been great. I also own a 1993 Buick (beater) with 71,000miles on it and it runs great as well. I also own a harley. I always had good luck with fords.

It is a shame that so many Americans want to see the big 3 go under. Millions of jobs will be lost. And they don't even care. What is happing to the USA. I will never own a import car i think it is very UN-American to buy UN-American cars.

I know ford has turn their car line around. Ford is better now then it has ever been. Thats when they came out with the new saying. Driven a Ford lately??? Ford will always have the best selling pickups. None of the imports could ever build a truck better then the big 3. Anyway as you all can tell i support the bailout 100%.

GM is the 1st to go and Mopar 2nd and ford last. Thats what i read in the paper today.

Please take a min. and look at this video.

You honestly think that just because a vehicle has Ford, Chevy or Chrysler on it that it's an American car??? It's easier to get an "import" that was built in the USA than it is to find one of the "domestics". Also, as far as the bailout goes, what's gonna happen in a couple months down the road when the government has handed them the money but the American people STILL can't buy a new car because of the economy? Does the government then just keep handing them money?

Atleast the profits go to a USA company and not some japan company. Also my Ford truck was built in KY and my Harley was made in PA. I'm not to sure where my Buick was made.

Ford, Chevy and Chrysler are the closest you can get to an American car.

none of the 'american cars' are really built with american parts anymore. my pontiac vibe has a toyota engine in it. how's that for american? and that was the soul reason i bought the vibe, because of the toyota engine. i know it will run well.

Just because the bike was put together in YORK,PA, doesn't mean the parts are from the USA.

On the other hand, a lot of Japanese auto's are made right here.

I like my domestics.

My current fleet consists of:

2004 GMC Envoy
1993 GMC Typhoon green/grey (stock)
1993 GMC Typhoon blk/blk (runs 11.79's on pump gas)
1991 GMC Syclone (stock)

My '99 Chevy Blazer was built in Canada. Is it an American vehicle because the corporate offices are in Detroit?
