Sedentary? Obese? I don't see how that relates to truck drivers.
OK, I am a sarcastic a**. Now park at the far end of the truck stop and WALK to the building, then once you get inside tell the nice lady at the restaurant you would like a green salad and perhaps some steamed veggies for dinner.
And don't give me that 'boo hoo, all the Pilots I go to only have fast food' crap. Every fast food joint in America has been selling salads and diet coke for many years.
