in response to evinrude...there is a way to let guys and gals know what the otr lifestyle is all about. some like some don't. the way he did it and you seem to be carrying on in his steps is the wrong way. i personally hated otr and damn near everything about it, but it had some good points as well. and without it i would not have the job i do now, nor would you or LBJ and belpre and others. that is what i think you and bj fail to realize.

I'm afraid I got a little over zealous, and wiped him completely off the message board. That wasn't my intention.

Those who may wonder what happened, he continued to insult other members, and to degrade the message board, even after a warning to please stop.

I banned a spammer recently, who had a brief membership. I used the same ban control, only this time, I didn't realize how it wiped out an entire pedigree.

just by you mackman. a good poster gives good information, and not the same old stuff over and over and over again. point out once where he actually gave someone some good info. i bet all you can find is otr sucks, he wouldn't do it, did you paid to fuel that truck, all that other senseless stuff. i think having him gone would make you happy...now you can be the biggest asshole here.

I do not mind your critique. I'm more amused you are not inclined to focus on my modulator nOObie mistake of using way too much dynamite to ban someone.

The reason I made this thread is to allow people to know what happened, and how. There would be plenty of people wanting to know all about this.

Now had I banned LeBron James without unintentionally removing his whole pedigree...then of course all I would need to do is post something on a particular thread...simple.

That's not the underlying issue. You blew him up. Great. This thread is only a way for others to urinate on the remains. It is no less disrespectful than the very thing you banned him for.

You would have gotten maybe 3 PM's at best questioning it, and possibly a "What happened to....." thread. Announcing someone's banning like this is poor form.

No posts are necessary when banning an individual. TF has done it before, but the circumstances surrounding it were greatly different.
