143 days experience...

Subject: 143 days:
You couldn't get a job at McDonald's and become district manager after 143 days of experience.
You couldn't become chief of surgery after 143 days of experience as a surgeon.
You couldn't get a job as a teacher and be the superintendent after 143 work days.
You couldn't join the Marines and become a sergeant after a 143 days of experience.
You couldn't get a job as a reporter and become the nightly news anchor after 143 days of experience.
BUT....
'From the time Barack Obama was sworn in as a United State Senator, to the time he announced he was forming a Presidential exploratory committee, he logged 143 days of work experience in the Senate.
That's how many days the Senate was actually in session and working.
After 143 days of work experience, Obama believes he is ready to be the Commander In Chief, Leader of the Free World, and fill the shoes of George Washington, Lincoln, FDR, JFK, and Ronald Reagan. In just 143 days?
We wouldn't accept this in our own line(s) of work, yet some are 'OK' with this for the President of the United States of America ?
Are we voting for the next American Idol? SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!

I got this email from one of my supporters.....
Interesting... Very interesting...

And, they say Palin does not have enough experience???

Ronald Reagan went from governor to president...
Bill Clinton went from governor to president...
G. W. Bush went from governor to president...
They never stopped at the senate for a few years...

But, if Obama becomes president, I believe he will be the only one ever to go from state senate to US Senate, to president.
And, he has never been a chief executive... Never...
But, Palin IS a chief executive. She has MORE experience than Obama.

Then, too...

A goldfish has more sense than Obama.
Even with a memory of just seven seconds long,
it knows better than to get out of the water...

My Yellowtail Damsel fish has more brains than Obama It knows to wait til the puffer, Trigger, Eel, Lionfish and the Harliquin tusk have been fed BEFORE showing its buitt out of the rocks to find something to eat. Especially after seeing its bigger buddy aka Obama get eaten by the lionfish last night.

The thread was sayting only 143 days. I simply reminded that not every President has been in elected office.

But he has more time in the Senate than Palin does as Govenor.

Yeah, you are right Gordo. He wasONLY supreme allied commander for the European theater from 1942 till the end of the war. He was ONLY completely responsible for the sucess or failure of Operation Overlord. But hey, Obama once thought about joining the military. Until he figured out someone might mistake him for being patriotic.

She took over as governor in December of 2006, which means she has only been governor for 1 year, 9 months

1 year, 9 months is less than 143 days? trucker math?
