BTW, cream cheese in wontons is common in American Chinese cooking in several areas of the country, according to Wikipedia.

Spotted Tuesday evening: Loves's Truckstop, Pittsboro, Indiana.

I witnessed one of two things, I'm not sure which;

1. A serious mechanical issue. Or

2. I happened upon a taping of "Cooking with The Rev." The open-pit-barbecue edition.

On the CAD Network, of course! :P :lol:
