Electricity kills friend of my family

OOOOooooops. I should have posted this in the Family Support Forum. Sorry, too late. (the extra attention from this category will be good though. Not enough people over at Family Support

My neighbor was killed at work by electricity yesterday.

I wanted to send condolences to the family, but they know I'm an electrician in my spare time, and I just don't know how that would sit with them.

Should I be posting this on an open public forum? Or would that possibly be a gross invasion of their privacy? I haven't considered PMing someone, or anything else discreet. Maybe, just maybe, someone will flame me so I can conjure up another one of my infamously incoherent essays.

Maybe I've had too much to drink, yet again, and should shut this thing off. I know that everyone enjoys my alcohol fueled rants, especially my girlfriend!

Thanks in advance!

My condolences to family.

However saying that an electrician was killed by electricity is like saying the jumper who leaped off the bridge was killed by gravity.

There. I gave you the attention that you are apparently lacking.

You should lobby Bushco, Inc for tighter regulations on electricity.

The electricity, after all, was improperly released from its containment apparatus (i.e. the wire) and caused wanton destruction all along the route to its destination (ground). Had there been more rules and regulations regarding how electricity was to be discharged, this tragic event may have never happened.
