Listening to the trucking channel last year. Sirus 148. Elen Voie of Women in Trucking.org, who is former recruiter for female drivers at Snider. She talked about getting more ladies in to trucking, and more people would bring the drivers pay down and help the economy.
Stating that men will eventually quit trucking because the pay will no longer bring enough money to keep a family going.

I think she right...the pay is not worth the time for a man or woman.
