Who put the ship in Shiprock (NM)?
 

Every time I go by that place I try to figure out how it came by that name. All I can think of I the person who named it must of been on acid. Anybody else see it?

Well It Wasn't Acid it was the natural Psychedelic Cactus Peyote, those Navajo's around the Area aren't going to take Chemicals when U got the Real Deal. U take enough Peyote and get on that Rock and it would be Just like A Ship Out of here 8) :idea:

unfortunately, you are not going to see the resemblance from the road! you have to be looking at it from the west, not the east! will try to find the pictures we took back in the '80's when on a exploration trip out there!

I drove by the Devils Tower out in S. Dakota. You know the one from Close Encounters. Impressive.
