I think alot more crimes should be punished by death not just murder.

I agree i think rape should be death also.

Maybe acts of violent rape where a person beats there victim to near death...But other forms of rape like where a Girl is on a date ,and claims she was raped afterwords or where a girl hits the club ,and heads home with a guy ,and after the fact it's found out she's under aged ,and many times she was in a club 18 or over , So making rape a Capital crime would have to be limited to brutal rapes where the victim is beat in a manner that qualifies for attemted murder .

im happy to see that everyone so far likes the death penalty. :P

Although I am FOR the Death Penalty (in most cases,) I have alot to say about the "subject" of this thread. I just didn't get around to it this week.... too much Christmas cheer with family.

yep i think that it is right but i belive they hould die the exact way they treated the victims

anyone who sexually assaults a child.

i have read that keeping a person on Death Row costs more than to have them incarcerated for life... This is because those on death row don't want to die and therefore put up a long, legal fight to overturn their sentence...


so i really don't care either way.
