The standard dish will slip over a PVC pipe. That was pretty convenient for me - lightweight, sturdy, and a snug fit.

I always thought those looked like homemade setups.

If you have dollars coming out of your behind, you could get one of those roof mounted automatic tracking dishes.

If you are wanting the pole, brackets, etc where you can mount your sat dish behind the sleeper most Flying J's and many Pilots have them. You may have to ask for them at the counter though as many of them do not keep the poles out.

You could always pick up an Arkansas family tree...

Only at the "J". They keep those by the buffet table.

At the Pilot you will find the Swede's behind the counter...

(as in meatballs.) :P :P :P

I don't know, I've seen all kinds of crazy setups on truck mirrors, looking a lot more professional than anything I would do. I'm too lazy for that stuff. I just stole my brother's tripod from his RV. It sits about four feet high and I ran the pipe up a few feet from that. Folded it up and tossed it in the sidebox when I was done.

I wound up cancelling when it occurred to me that I never watch TV. I guess that's the kind of stuff you're supposed to think about before you sign up.
