best place to pick up a 2007 atlas

where have you found to be the cheapest to get either the deluxe or large scale version?? preferably major TS's so i can get one soon.

around here i have flying j's, TA's, and pilots relatively close by.

and is it worth the money for the larger scale?

Try Wal-mart. Thats where I got mine a couple of years ago.

I've never had a the large scale, so I don't know if it's better or not.

I just picked up the 2007 deluxe at a Love's for $19.99, which seemed shockingly cheap for the laminated version. They normally run close to $50 until they're a year out of date.

I have traditionally bought my maps at Pilots. They generally seem to have good prices too.

The cheapest place is your trucking company stores-if you are in a large company. Also, a lot of people don't know but Wal-Mart has their own Atlas that lists where all their stores are located along with exit numbers. It is very handy since that is my store of choice. I usually make at least one "necessary stop" during my 3 weeks out.

Their atlas only costs $6-$7. I have both the trucker version and theirs simply for the store locations. It's well worth the $6-$7. 8)
