Captain Mexico underbid Captain Canada and is doing Captain America's job for 10% of his old salary 8)

The good news is, he's only allowed to travel into America to fight crime, then must return across the border for another villain :lol: :lol: :lol:

Mexico needs some type of superhero to fight its own crime problem.
