Where do you sit??

Just a random question I am bored lol. where do you guys like to sit in the seat?/why? I myself like to be down low so I cant see the hood but I drive a volvo so it makes it easy having a short hood. I have tried airing it up but get kinda queezy up there.

The funny thing is..You asked Where do you guys sit? the middle, high or near the floor...yet we Only get two choices to pick from should be 3 =). But I'm a tall guy around the 6'6" marker So I sit more to the floor, and can see over anything Lol.

Depends on where I'm driving. In traffic, I'm up tight to the wheel. On long strethces, I'm kicked back and sprawled. If it's straight level and lonely, I might even have my feet on the dash.

If I'm driving east in the AM, or west in the PM, I'm up high to keep out of the sun.

Halfway between the floor and medium. :D Also right up tight to the steering wheel. My steering column doesn't tilt out to the driver so I have to slide all the way forward so I'm not leaning forward, bothers my back too much to be leaning forward. I look like a goofball sitting so far forward but hey, I'm comfortable.

My friend drives a 379 Peterbilt and he has his seat so low I'm surprised he can even see out the window! The steering wheel might be above him. When I ask him about his vision he replies:

"Don't worry, I can see everything, and 4-wheelers know to get out of my way. They don't mess with a Pete."

I'm just waiting for him to run over a car.

That's funny because I know a guy who has a pete with a lowrider seat and he is always hitting cars and other stuff because he can't see any thing, he has to look through the steering wheel, his bumper is always dented

I have my seat pretty well all the way down, not because I think it is cool, I just don't like that feeling of floating around with the seat up high

When I was driving (hope to be driving again by next Thursday...) I would keep just enough air in the seat so I wouldn't bottom out on a bumpy bridge transition, but as low as possible otherwise. That was the the best setting overall for my knees.
