Just some news.

I don't know where to exactly to put this,so if it needs to be moved in the right,or better place, fine, move it. :P

Well, while everyone was watching the Ohio State/Michigan game,I was at the ER. I was at my mom,and dad's that Saturday, watching college football, and hanging out. I remember getting up from the couch, and going into the kitchen,or atleast that was my plan. I got up off the couch, and somehow tripped. Don't know how. I fell, and broke the meta carpel bone(the bone that runs from the wrist,to the knuckle)in my left hand. I got up,and proceeded to go in the kitchen. I was getting some of my mom's peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Good eatin. Well, the pain, and swelling was coming on quick. I told my parents that my hand was starting to really hurt. My dad,and I went to the ER. After the x-rays,and the doctor talking to me,we went home. The next Monday,I went to the orthopedic doctor, and he put a permanent cast on my hand. I was still able to work, just couldn't use my left hand. I am left handed, and it liked to killed me,not being able to use my left hand. I have been using my right hand for the glandhands, landing gear cranks, and everything else, dropping, and hooking. Hooking up the converter dollies, now that has been a task, single handed. Luckily,I work with someone every night, and we always help each other hooking up our sets. First part of December,I went in for more x-rays. It was healing, but still needed the cast. The week before Christmas, they took the cast off,and gave me a removable cast. Kinda like a workout supporter type thing. I could finally use my left hand. Yall should have seen my logs. With the cast on,my handwriting looked like a 1st grader's. :P They took off the cast, took more x-rays. Found something else. A "white spot" on my ring finger.(wasn't the ring) The orthopedic told me that he thought it was some deterioration in the cartilage. He set me up for an appointment to get a bone scan on Jan. 2. A couple of days later, after the bone scan, they found some spots on my ring finger, right hand, and a spot on my 6th rib. My mom is an RNRVT. I couldn't tell ya what that means, but she has been nursing for about 40 some odd years. :P She told me that her doctor that she has worked for,for many years, said that it shouldn't be cancer, but he(talking about me)better get to Dallas, and get checked out. I talked to my mom, after she talked to the doctors(hers, and the orthopedic),and they said it could be a rare case of bone cancer, but they don't think it is. I have to say,I was quite nervous, and it scared me. I thought about my wife, and the fact that we have been married a month, and we just found out that I have cancer. My mom, knowing all the doctors in town, and she has her connections, talked to the orthopedic, and he set up an appointment for me in Dallas. I went to Dallas on yesterday(Friday). Got home before the ice hit. They say that the doctor I went to see in Dallas,is one of the best in the world. Popular guy. My parents went with me,and my wife to Dallas. I'm glad they did, because that doctor used some big words, and my mom was able to translate them for me. I'm glad that she can speak truck driver language. :P To make this story short, :P the doctor said that he didn't see anything we need to worry about. The place on my ring finger is a sist(spelling),but it wasn't cancer. I have to go back this coming Friday for a CAT scan, and MRI. The place that was on my 6th rib was just where that one broke a long time ago,and it was where the cartilage re-grew. Nothing bad there. My right hand,he said that there isn't anything there either. He said that is where I had surgery there. I almost cut off my pinky on my right hand when I was a kiddo. After all the stress, and thinking that I had something bad,it was nothing. Just a scare. whew My left hand where I broke it in November,I'm still taking it easy, and it is healing. Glad to know that everything is ok.

I'm glad to hear everything is fine, cancer is one of my greatest fears.

Son....You need to Read Offense having your Linebacker's Block the Defensive Rush...
we think they will do a Man-to-Man coverage, but if they line up on
the Strong Side, and go to Zone Coverage, Fake a Pass, then go Deep.
You got it?

Yeah Maw...but

No but's...NOW GET IN THERE.... KIK BUTT AND TAKE NAMES!!!!!
