Potential CMV Parking Lot in Richmond, CA – Seeking Driver Feedback
 

Hey drivers,
I’m looking into opening a dedicated CMV parking lot in the Bay Area, specifically Richmond, CA, and I wanted to see if there’s interest from the community.
As you all know, overnight truck parking around here is extremely limited and it's becoming a real issue for many of us. I’m tentatively planning a spot that’s less than 10 minutes off I-580, and would love your input.

Proposed amenities:
24/7 Access
Fully Fenced & Gated
Security Cameras
Paved Asphalt Lot
Restroom on Site
Dumpster Access
Would offer overnight, weekly, and monthly options.

Before moving forward, I’d appreciate hearing from fellow drivers:
Would you be interested in something like this?
What would you expect to pay for safe, reliable parking with these features?
Would you be interested in more/less features for a higher/lower price?
