I,ve never had to take this test;Theory tests are a relatively new source of income for the government over here(Along with digital tachographs etc..... or anything else our Big Brothers in Brussels decree)

Single carriageway=40mph
dual=50mph
motorway=60mph
National speed limit sign=white disc with black diagonal band

I failed with a 28. ugh! Some of the terms might as well be in japanese! LOL

A 28? I,d say that,s a good score considering you are an American driver and not British! Well done mate :wink:
P.S there are two parts to test mate, bet you only took part 1?

Take both tests. And 27 is fine, you could,nt expect to pass a U.K theory test without some knowledge of our laws... I very much doubt whether I would do as well in American tests. Well done mate :wink:

29 on the second test. That beats a sharp stick in the eye I guess..
