Default Passenger-seat printer stand

Started my new job last Wednesday (GNH Trucking, Markleysburg, PA). They do paper logs, so I'm back to using Drivers Daily Log. But, because there's no place in the truck (2003 Columbia) to put the printer, I decided to build one out of some scrap plywood I had laying around.

I need to make a couple of small changes to it this weekend, like adding bungie cords to hold it down (it doesn't slide, but wow, it bounces), and some eye hooks to run a strap around the seat-back (instead of the current method of duct tape). Oh - and something besides a folded up cigarette pack to keep the slide-out shelf from coming out and bouncing like a diving board when going across Arkansas' best highways (I-30 & I-40).

Here's the photo:

I have a Ram laptop mount sitting at home in storage. What I don't like about it is that I use my laptop for my TV when parked. Can't see it while laying down. As far as strapping the printer down in the back, there's no place to do that. It won't even fit in the cabinet where the TV is supposed to go.
