GRAFTON -- A man arraigned on Wednesday was re-arrested later that night. Justin Allen Shultz, 20, was out on bond after being arrested on three counts of third-degree sexual assault.
According to authorities, Shultz stole a golf cart from Grafton High School. He then drove the golf cart to the Go-Mart in Grafton.
When authorities arrived, they found an allegedly shoplifted bottle of "Mad Dog 20/20" on Shultz.
According the criminal complaint, Shultz also failed a sobriety test.
Shultz was charged with grand larceny, DUI and shoplifting. His bond for the earlier arrest also was revoked.
Shultz was arraigned by Magistrate James Leonard Lucas.
