Default Opitimized Idle:

If your company uses Optimized Idle please,

1) List your company.

2) State what kind of engine (Cat, Cummins or Detroit) you have.

Thanks in advance.

Yes they do. Pain in the a** in my opinion, but once you get used to it, no big deal. Tell you one thing though, it will scare the hell out of you the first time that truck starts up in the middle of the night when your in the middle of a deep sleep.

By the way, it appears Chad is back. You almost had me talked into driving for ATT. Now here I am trying to talk you into Crete. I think I made a damn good choice, why not join us over here. You won't be in a hotel room every night, but you will get a nice paycheck on a weekly basis. You made ATT sound like a great deal. I would be interested to hear where it went south on another thread.

Welcome back!

Chad or not Chad?

We may never know, but Crete is still the place to go.

I used to have a truck with opt. idle and the way I got around it is I would set it for heat when I needed ac and vice versa.
