Ok - in Street Atlas 2007, a few drivers have said it has truck routing - where is the setting for it?

If anything I think it is for RV's 12' stuff.

i have it and streets & trips. neither of them have truck routing.
i have called deLorme and thy are not planning on doing a truck version thy say it would sell for over $300.

i started using delorme 2005, then 2006 and i now use 2007+, we love it only two times has it routed us someplace we couldn't go, after you use it a little you can tell by the map if a truck should be on the road it has you routed on, about two times a year i pull out the atlas to check.
