Florilli has developed a strong customer base, our main lanes of traffic are out of the Midwest to and from TX, GA, PA, NJ, and CA. NO NYC, Canada or Mexico.
We are committed to offering well maintained equipment. Arriving in June 2018 Pete 579's . Our late model equipment also includes 2017 Pete 579's, 2016 Freightliner Cascadia's and 2013 Pete 386's.
Weekly two day orientation and new driver incentive paid Friday after orientation.
Our reliable customer base means that drivers will have consistent freight to haul, more opportunities, and more miles. Our average length of haul is 800 miles. OTR drivers average 2500 to 3000 miles a week.

Company Truck Driver Pay:
- 40 CPM STARTING PAY!
- Consistent 2500-3000 solo miles each week
- Pay empty & loaded miles
- Pay increase every 6 months
- 2 cpm safety/performance bonus paid monthly
- $15 Drop/Pick Pay after First/Last
- Layover Pay - $75 per day
- Detention Pay - $12 per hour
- $1,000 driver referral bonus

Comany Driver Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- No endorsements necessary
- 1 year or more of recent OTR experience
