COMPANY DRIVERS - Depending on your verifiable experience, you can earn as much as the max rate for each division:

was first incorporated in May of 1986 as Glen Moore Transport. Twelve years
later in August of 1998, Glen Moore Transport was acquired by USF Corporation
and operated under the name of USF Glen Moore. In 2009, the company was renamed
YRC Glen Moore to better associate itself with its parent company YRC Worldwide
and the expertise of YRC. Through steady internal and acquisition based
growth, YRC Glen Moore operates over 600 power units and over 1,900 trailers
servicing customers throughout the United States. We are a company known
for high-quality service, on-time performance, claim-free shipping and
entrepreneurial employees who have the expertise to make it
happen.
NATIONAL DIVISION: $.42 cpm
NORTHEAST REGIONAL DIVISION: $.46 cpm
SOUTHEAST REGIONAL DIVISION: $.40 cpm
TEAM DIVISION: $.25 cpm per driver
VACATION:
(Eligible on anniversary date)
1 week after 1 year ($300)
2 weeks after 2 years (1/52 of previous year avg)
3 weeks after 10 years (1/52 of previous year avg)
HOME TIME:
12 days out, 2 days off
ACCESSORIAL PAY:
Stop Offs: $30.00
Load/Unload (full): $100.00
Load/Unload (partial): $50.00
Layover: $50.00
Tolls: Reimbursed/BESTPASS program
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours, to a total of $50.00
NYC Metro Pay: $75.00
IdleAire basic service is COMPANY PAID!
DRIVER REFERRAL PROGRAM:
$1,000 per hired referral ($500 paid on completion of first dispatch, $500 after 60 days)
ORIENTATION:
Three day program. $500 Advance (upon completion). Meals, hotels and transportation paid.
BENEFITS:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Direct Deposit, 401(k), Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability
HOLIDAYS:
Six per year at $50.00 each
HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT IS REQUIRED!! APPLICANTS WITHOUT IT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED!!
OWNER OPERATOR INFORMATION:
Fuel Surcharge paid on all dispatched miles (empty and loaded)
$50.00 additional will be paid on all completed dispatches 50 miles or less (combined empty and loaded)
