In addition to the regular milage pay, we pay an additional 5 cents per mile for short haul.? We also pay detention time after the first two hours at a rate of $10.00 per hour.? We have 10 paid holidays paid at a rate of $120.00 per day.? Our benefits package is exceptional.? All of our tractors are International 9200 Pro-Sleeper units, 1999 through 2004.? They are all jakebrake equipped, have e-z pass and are satellite equipped.? New drivers will avarage between $900.00 to as high as $1,300.00 per week, gross pay, depending upon which fleet they run on.? Payday is every Thursday and we offer direct deposit.? Ward Truckload Express LLC. is a wholly owned subsidary of Ward Trucking Corporation.? Our drivers are guaranteed home every weekend, normally for 48 hours, and our "Regional" &?"Relay" drivers get home at least once during the week.? Trucks on our "OTR" & "Regional" fleets are permanently assigned and go home with the driver providing they have a safe and secure place to park them.? Our primary running area is from the southern edge of Maine as far south as the Virginia/North Carolina line, across the northern tier of Kentucky and no farther west than Illinois.? New York City loads are few and far between...............???
