STUDENTS

Start your career with CRST, where you'll get more training, support and miles than any other company in the industry. Driving classes start weekly and last 2-4 weeks. PAY CHART

CONTRACT STUDENTS

- 1st month (28 days w/trainer):
$50/day flat

pay when assigned to a tractor

- 1-2 months: $.22/mile split pay

- 3-5 months: $.23/mile split pay

- 6-12 months: $.31/mile split pay

At the 13^th month: All
drivers fall

under the same pay. Refer to Experienced pay.

RECENT GRADUATES AND PREPAID STUDENTS

- 1st month (28 days w/trainer):
$.22/mile split pay

- 1-2 months: $.22/mile split pay

- 3 months: $.23/mile split pay

-4 months: $.25/mile split pay

-5 months:
$.31/mile split pay

At the 13^th month: All drivers fall

under the same pay. Refer to Experienced pay.

EXPERIENCED DRIVERS

- 1st month (28 days w/trainer): n/a

- 3-4 months: $.24/mile split pay

- 4-5 months: $.25/mile split pay

- 5-6 months: $.26/mile split pay

- 6-12 months: $.31/mile split pay

- 13-18 months: $.34/mile split pay

- 19-24 months: $.36/mile split pay

- 25-30 months: $.38/mile split pay

- 31-42 months: $.39/mile split pay

- 43-54months: $.40/mile split pay.

- 55-72months: $.41/mile split pay
