Madisonville KY – Jeff Phillips President of ClassADrivers.com and it’s parent company C.A.D. Enterprises LLC was named the Small Business Person of the Year for 2004 by the Madisonville KY – Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce. During 2004 the company added two additional divisions and has doubled the number of it’s emloyee base and combined revenue.

Jeff Phillips was also honored with the Richard A. Brynes Leadership Award from the Leadership Hopkins County class of 2004.
